Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail organization.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
