Job Description

Job Title: Driver Manager

Job Purpose: Safely and effectively manage all driver functions pertaining to the performance of collection and plumbing services for Island Commodities and IPS.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate schedules and routes for efficient service delivery.
• Monitor driver performance and provide training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and service reports.
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
