Job Title: Clinical Psychosocial Services Provider

Job Summary: Under supervision of a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, provides a wide range of clinical psychosocial services for adult and/or child members in primary or specialty care settings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in case reviews and supervision meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in clinical settings preferred.
