Overview: At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Assistant Store Manager directs all business processes at their assigned store, ensuring positive results and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Train and develop team members across all departments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of perishable and non-perishable products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
