Job Title: Fashion Retail Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding their perfect outfits.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and displayed.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and LOFT’s product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
• Support team goals by participating in sales initiatives and promotions.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• Passion for fashion and understanding of women’s clothing styles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
