Job Title: Mission Support Administrator

Location: Reston, VA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in daily operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Manage project schedules and track deliverables.
  • Support budget management and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
