Job Title: Mission Support Administrator
Location: Reston, VA (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in daily operations.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Manage project schedules and track deliverables.
- Support budget management and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
