Job Title: Therapist/Counselor

Location: Inpatient Facility, Avondale, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Relevant licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
