Job Title: Dual Department Therapist

Overview: Join Copper Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, as a Dual Department Therapist for our Help for Heroes program. This role focuses on inpatient and intensive outpatient therapy, primarily in the afternoon and evening.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
