Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Contract Assignment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience preferred, but newly graduated candidates are welcome.
