Job Title: Behavior Technician

Join our team as a Behavior Technician! We offer paid training and RBT certification assistance. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Provide support to clients in various settings, including home and community.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
