Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Avondale, Arizona. Join our team for a full-time, ongoing position with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
