The Payroll Director is responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end payroll operations: time entry, processing, settlement, direct deposit, check printing, garnishment, and tax processing.
Set operational direction and collaborate with third parties for payroll delivery.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Lead and develop the payroll team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of payroll management experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
