Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, working with high school students to adults. The position starts mid-September for a 13-week contract.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and occasional neurological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for shoulders, back, spine, and knees.
• Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients per day.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
