Job Description

Children’s Health (Dallas) is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist for a per diem position in Plano, Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

    • Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Physical Therapist license.
  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week on an as-needed basis.
