Responsibilities:
Lead and manage EMT teams during events.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and medical standards.
Provide on-site medical care and support as needed.
Coordinate with event organizers and emergency services.
Conduct team briefings and debriefings.
Requirements:
Current EMT certification.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
