Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home care of Pediatric and/or Adult patients in Tri-Cities, TN.
Compensation: $26-$32/hr (Days), $28-$34/hr (Nights).

Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, evaluate patient care using nursing process
Initiate and revise care plans as needed
Administer medications/treatments, monitor effectiveness
Respond to patient condition changes, report to physicians
Provide healthcare education, care coordination, discharge planning
Requirements:
Current RN license in applicable state
Health certificate, PPD/X-ray, BLS
One year RN experience preferred
