The Opportunity
We seek passionate leaders to manage our unique primary care experience. As an Office Medical Director, youll lead a team, ensure clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment.

- Full time
- Overseeing 2 Offices (Glendale and Aurora)
What youll be working on:
- Managing a team of providers at 2 offices
- Supporting providers professional development
- Collaborating with the Office Manager
- Managing communication with other teams
- Owning office management and HR functions
- Managing a diverse patient panel
- Treating patients in-office and via telehealth
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds
- Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams
- Supervising NP or PA colleagues
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
- Practiced in outpatient primary care for at least 2 of the last 5 years
- Minimum of 1 year managing a team of providers
- Board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
- State licensed in Colorado before your start date

This is a full-time role based in Glendale, Colorado, with a salary range of $280,000 to $300,000. For more information, visit One Medical Careers.
