**Wave Solder Machine Operator**
**Location:** Mounds View, MN
We are seeking skilled candidates for a temporary Wave Solder Machine Operator position in Mounds View, MN. Ideal applicants should possess good manual dexterity, computer skills, and a willingness to learn.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Operate wave solder machine and set parameters.
Perform routine machine maintenance.
Troubleshoot machinery issues.
Ensure quality control and adjust as needed.
Follow visual, verbal, and written instructions.
Maintain records and documentation.
Complete cross-training as required.
Adhere to quality standards and safety rules.
Produce high-quality products.
**Job Requirements:**
High school diploma or GED.
1-3 months related experience.
Basic English reading, writing, and math skills.
Manual dexterity for machinery operation.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel); MRP experience preferred.
Familiarity with Vitronics/ITW Wave Solder Software.
Knowledge of Lean Principles.

**Compensation:**
The starting pay for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
