Pay Range: $32.19 – $48.28

Summary:
Full-time, 36 hours per week, Weekend Only, Rotating shifts.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct daily patient rounds ensuring quality service.
  • Develop care plans reflecting patient needs.
  • Assess patient conditions and set nursing goals.
  • Promptly address pain management and symptoms.
  • Identify early warning signs of patient deterioration.
  • Report observations to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Initiate discharge planning and education.
  • Delegate nursing interventions as appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Certification:

  • Registered Nurse | North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement | Prior to start date.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Within 90 days of start date.

Notes:

  • Temporary RN license accepted prior to start.
  • ND RN Graduate Work Authorization considered prior to start.
  • Must hold an unencumbered nursing license prior to start.
