PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Sterilizer Operator is responsible for executing all sterilization processes as per SOPs and cGMP standards, ensuring accountability for products from receipt in the Fill room to release for Packout.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate sterilization processes with minimal supervision, including training staff and resolving issues.
• Coordinate cart loading and staging operations.
• Monitor sterilizer cycles and perform sampling procedures.
• Plan sterilization schedules to meet expiration timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and work in loud environments with potential exposure to wet conditions and mechanical parts.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
2-4 years of related experience; must meet vision requirements for product inspection.
