Admissions (Start of Care/SOC Visit) Registered Nurse | Join our Home Care team as a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for conducting admissions and visits. Enjoy the independence and flexibility of visiting patients in their homes.
Hours: Full-time – Days | Friday – Monday. Work 32 hours per week but get paid for 40!
Pay and Benefits:
- Annual Salary Range: $76,960 – $89,440

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program and licensed in Minnesota.
- At least 12 months of experience in acute care or home health.
- Current CPR certification.
- Home Care experience, including OASIS; 1 year preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance required.
