RESPONSIBILITIES

Weatherford Fishing Tool Supervisors play a crucial role in delivering client solutions using advanced technologies.

  • Operate a variety of fishing and well abandonment tools.
  • Supervise on-site fishing operations and direct rig crews.
  • Plan work activities with managers and clients to ensure proper equipment use.
  • Monitor equipment parameters and collaborate with clients on operations.
  • Identify operational limitations and safety concerns.
  • Calculate oil industry volumes and pressures.
  • Participate in safety meetings and ensure safe work practices.
  • Maintain and repair service equipment as needed.
  • Complete job reports and diagrams accurately and promptly.
  • Be available for 24-hour customer support.
  • Comply with Weatherford’s Quality Policy and safety rules.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong knowledge of fishing and downhole tools.
  • Experience in drilling or fishing operations.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • 7-8 years of oilfield experience.
  • 2-5 years of fishing experience.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude for repairs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Able to follow instructions.
