RESPONSIBILITIES
Weatherford Fishing Tool Supervisors play a crucial role in delivering client solutions using advanced technologies.
- Operate a variety of fishing and well abandonment tools.
- Supervise on-site fishing operations and direct rig crews.
- Plan work activities with managers and clients to ensure proper equipment use.
- Monitor equipment parameters and collaborate with clients on operations.
- Identify operational limitations and safety concerns.
- Calculate oil industry volumes and pressures.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure safe work practices.
- Maintain and repair service equipment as needed.
- Complete job reports and diagrams accurately and promptly.
- Be available for 24-hour customer support.
- Comply with Weatherford’s Quality Policy and safety rules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of fishing and downhole tools.
- Experience in drilling or fishing operations.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- 7-8 years of oilfield experience.
- 2-5 years of fishing experience.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude for repairs.
- Valid drivers license.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions.
