Are you well-connected with property and casualty insurance brokers in Maryland? Do you have experience in Commercial Lines Sales, Production Underwriting, or as a Broker Relationship Manager? If so, this fully REMOTE opportunity is for you!
Salary: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $85,000 to $95,000 (based on experience) plus quarterly and annual incentives that can significantly enhance your total compensation. Our benefits package includes a 401k with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% and additional employer contributions after the first year.
Essential Duties:
Leverage existing agent relationships and identify new commercial lines partners.
Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with agencies.
Coordinate proposal meetings and pre-renewal discussions.
Review competitor plans for optimal pricing.
Assist with agency onboarding and profile maintenance.
Participate in corporate events.
Skills:
Proven sales success in commercial lines.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years in commercial insurance, particularly in the Maryland market.
Certifications:
Must maintain current state producer licenses and continuing education.
