Job Title: Experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 5900 Johnston St, Lafayette, LA 70503

Job Overview: We seek energetic technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving problems and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your skills and knowledge
• Gain experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with the team to address guest concerns efficiently
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with the service department
• Work with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
• 3+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience
• Strong diagnostic skills and tool investment
• Ability to flag 30+ hours per week
• ASE A1-A8 Certifications preferred
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all vehicle makes/models
• Desire for long-term career growth

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/move over 50 pounds occasionally
• Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces
• Stand/walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer efficiently
