**Qualifications:**
- Associate or Bachelors degree in nursing
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months
- Current NC or compact state RN license
- Handle with Care (HWC) training within 6 months
- 1 year of nursing experience
