Position Summary:
- Develop departmental goals aligned with the organization’s vision and manage staff relations.
- Oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and staff development.
- Monitor budgets, compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
- Assess patient care quality and coordinate services across departments.
- Foster a professional growth environment and integrate evidence-based practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required; Bachelors or Masters preferred. RN license in New Mexico or compact license required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- ACLS needed for areas with moderate sedation.
- CNOR preferred.
- Five years of experience in an Acute Care Facility preferred.
