Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse provides care using the nursing process, prioritizing patient needs and responding to emergencies while promoting teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications:

• New graduate RN with less than one year of experience
• Oregon RN licensure within 3 months of hire
• BLS certification within three months
• De-escalation training within ninety days

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and electronic medical records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
