Pay Range: $32.19 – $48.28

Summary:
The Registered Nurse delivers direct nursing care following established protocols, ensuring age-appropriate care for patients. The nurse coordinates with the interdisciplinary team and provides education for safe patient discharge.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conducts daily patient rounds, ensuring quality service and addressing unmet needs.
• Creates care plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Evaluates patient conditions and implements appropriate nursing actions.
• Identifies early warning signs of patient deterioration.
• Communicates observations to the care team and documents accurately.
• Initiates discharge planning and patient education early.
• Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Certification:

• Registered Nurse | North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement | Prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Within 90 days of start date

Notes:

• Temporary RN license accepted prior to start.
• ND RN Graduate Work Authorization considered prior to start.
• Must hold an unencumbered nursing license before starting.
