The RN Case Manager serves as a Registered Nurse, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care at the Wound Healing Center.
- Accurately assess, stage, and measure wounds per policy, assist physicians with wound therapy, and document ongoing care plans.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and provide patient education.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
Required Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in stressful environments.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Licenses: Current Virginia State RN License required.
Minimum Work Experience: 2 years of clinical experience required; wound care experience preferred.
