Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse delivers care using the nursing process, prioritizing patient safety and effective interventions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- New graduate RN with less than one year of experience
- Oregon RN licensure within 3 months of hire
- BLS certification upon hire
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete assignments from the charge nurse
- Ensure Operating Room readiness and patient safety
- Document accurately and manage healthcare resources
- Maintain clinical competency and professional development
