Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 14829 W. 69th Avenue, Arvada, CO 80007

Job Overview: We seek energetic technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving problems and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using your skills and knowledge
  • Gain experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections
  • Collaborate with the team to address guest concerns efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • Communicate effectively with the service department
  • Work with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
  • 2+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience
  • ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to obtain
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes/models
  • Meet or exceed hourly performance goals
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Desire for long-term career growth

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
  • Work with tools on vehicles above head
  • Navigate tight spaces for repairs
  • Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently
  • Stand/walk for most of the workday
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Proficiently use a computer
