Position Summary
CDK Global is seeking a full-time Performance Consultant with accounting experience in the automotive dealership sector. This role involves managing and delivering on-site and remote training on CDK software, applications, and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with executive management to assess business goals and dealership strategies.
- Identify workflow gaps and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and revenue.
- Provide training through coaching and presentations to senior management.
- Recommend additional CDK solutions as needed.
- Complete trip reports and manage service contracts.
- Ensure CDK configurations meet client business requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in accounting within an automotive dealership.
- 5+ years of retail automotive experience.
- 5+ years using CDK Drive in a dealership.
- 2+ years in retail automotive management.
- Prior retail CDK experience required.
- Subject Matter Expert in dealership workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable transitioning to remote client interactions.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000
