Title: Postpartum Manager RN (Nights)

Location: Austin, TX

Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $113,000 per year + Relocation Assistance

Schedule: Night Shift, Full-time

About the Client: Our client is a reputable healthcare provider in Austin, TX, focused on exceptional patient care and a supportive work environment. This role is in their 97-bed Postpartum unit, offering comprehensive care for mothers and newborns, including couplet care.

Job Description: The Postpartum Manager RN will lead night shift operations, ensuring quality patient care and effective staff management. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, including lactation consultants, is essential for a positive patient experience.

Required Skills:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Active RN license in Texas (or compact license eligible for Texas)
• 1+ year in healthcare
• 1+ year in a supervisory role
• BLS certification
• Ability to obtain Specialty Certification within 6 months

Preferred Skills:

• ACLS certification
• NRP, FHM, or RNC-OB certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in postpartum and couplet care
• Knowledge of regulatory standards
