Job Title: Welding and Fitting Supervisor

Job Overview: Supervise all welding and fitting crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Report to Offshore Construction Manager/DOCM or Deck Foreman.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of welding and fitting teams.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with established standards.
• Refuse unsafe work practices and promote a safety-first culture.
• Coordinate with management to address project needs and crew performance.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding and fitting supervision.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in welding and safety.
