Job Title: Home Health Therapist

At Americare Therapy Services Inc., we are seeking dedicated Home Health Therapists to join our team. Our mission is to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in the comfort of our patients’ homes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Provide Physical, Occupational, or Speech therapy to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license in relevant therapy field.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
