Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $19.50 – $19.75 (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management tasks.
• Establish and maintain exceptional Guest Services.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure high performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Previous retail management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
