• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of NBA merchandise.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
