Job Title: Residential Aide Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support residential aides in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Monitor resident activities and provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in a residential or caregiving environment is a plus.
