Job Title: Associate Director, Fire Life Safety
Job Summary: Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Community Safety and Emergency Response within the CARES Community Safety team, the Associate Director will oversee fire safety protocols and emergency response initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular fire drills and safety training for staff and students.
- Collaborate with local fire departments and emergency services.
- Monitor compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Respond to fire-related incidents and conduct investigations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Safety Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fire safety or emergency management.
- Strong knowledge of fire codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
