Job Title: Employee Wellness Psychotherapist
Job Specialty: Employee Wellness
Job Duration: 33 Weeks
Shift: Day – 5×8 – 9 AM – 5 PM, 40 Hours Guaranteed
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to employees.
- Develop and implement wellness programs.
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
- Collaborate with HR to promote mental health initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Licensed Psychologist (LP) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
