Job Title: Bilingual Adolescent Engagement Coach

Location: Denver, CO

Type: Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma-informed coaching and support to adolescents aged 7-19.
• Facilitate educational support and skill-building activities.
• Plan and lead adventure/experiential activities to promote engagement.
• Collaborate with families and community resources to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each client.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with diverse youth populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
