Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with K-12 special education students in Denver. In this role, you will support licensed teachers in addressing academic adaptations, self-care, and social/behavioral needs of students in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Support students with academic tasks and self-care routines.
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with special education students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
