Job Title: Store Manager
Brand: Spirit Halloween
Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $21.20 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.

  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.

  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.

  • Achieve sales goals and manage budgets effectively.

    • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager at Spencer’s/Spirit Halloween.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Proficient in retail management software.
