Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Senior

Job Summary: Provides independent physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current California PT license.
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification required.
