Job Title: Activity/Recreational Therapist

Overview: Copper Springs, in partnership with Lifepoint Behavioral Health and Springstone, is seeking dedicated Activity/Recreational Therapists (CTRS, MT-BC, ATR) to join our patient-centric team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement therapeutic activity programs.
• Assess patient needs and progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Current certification (CTRS, MT-BC, or ATR).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
