Job Description: NeoGenCare is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position offers ongoing employment with a commitment of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
