We are seeking a dedicated RN – Med Surg to join our team in Keene, NH.

In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care on the medical-surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient treatments.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities.
