Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) for Step Down unit, full-time with variable 12-hour shifts and EOW.

  • Offering up to $20,000 sign-on bonus.
  • The unit is a 20-bed trauma intermediate step-down, providing specialized surgical and medical care, including trauma, vascular, bariatric surgeries, and critical injury care.
  • Seeking experienced RNs with current state license, associates or bachelor’s degree, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. ACLS preferred.
  • Responsibilities include implementing care plans, utilizing advanced technology, and shaping patient outcomes.
