Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN), Med Surg Float, working variable 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and increased float team rate of $55.81/hr.

Float team offers diverse assignments across Medical/Surgical, Step-down, Behavioral Health, ER, and ICU, with flexibility via technology.

Work three 12-hour shifts weekly with 50% weekend requirement.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of acute care experience, current RN license, and basic life support certification.

Preferred skills include BSN, dysrhythmia, critical care, trauma, stroke courses, cardiac monitoring, neuro, and IV therapy.
