Job Description
A travel RN ICU Float position in Utica, NY, is available for a 12-week assignment starting 08/25/2025, working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.
The role involves floating within the hospital’s Critical Care Float Pool, excluding Psych and ED units, with assignments potentially including 6-7 patients.
Requires 2+ years ICU experience, active NY RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications, and familiarity with Epic EMR.
Must be willing to float to various units and follow hospital protocols, with local candidates (less than 75 miles) eligible for local rates.
Unit handles complex cases like strokes, sepsis, neuro interventions, respiratory failure, and post-op surgeries, utilizing advanced equipment such as IABP, CRRT, and ICP monitoring.
